Ham and Cheese Yoghurt Rolls

- Self-raising flour300 g
- Greek yoghurt500 g
- Free range eggs1 ea
- Milk15 ml
- Diced ham75 g
- Grated cheese100 g
Method
- Heat the oven to 180C and line a tray with baking paper.
- Knead the self-raising flour and Greek yoghurt together until a soft dough forms.
- Divide the dough into portions and roll each one into a ball, spacing them on the tray.
- Whisk the egg and milk together and brush the tops of the rolls.
- Scatter the grated cheese and diced ham over the rolls.
- Bake for 25 minutes until risen and golden brown, then cool on a rack.
