Ham and Cheese Yoghurt Rolls

Ingredients

  • Self-raising flour300 g
  • Greek yoghurt500 g
  • Free range eggs1 ea
  • Milk15 ml
  • Diced ham75 g
  • Grated cheese100 g

Method

  1. Heat the oven to 180C and line a tray with baking paper.
  2. Knead the self-raising flour and Greek yoghurt together until a soft dough forms.
  3. Divide the dough into portions and roll each one into a ball, spacing them on the tray.
  4. Whisk the egg and milk together and brush the tops of the rolls.
  5. Scatter the grated cheese and diced ham over the rolls.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes until risen and golden brown, then cool on a rack.
