How to install

One click on Chrome via the Web Store, a quick app install on macOS Safari.

Add to Chrome — free

One click via the Chrome Web Store. Updates push automatically — nothing to do on your end.

The macOS app wraps the same extension in a signed and notarized container, so it installs through Safari without Develop-mode tricks. Updating? Just download the new .zip and replace the app in your Applications folder.

  1. 1
    Download the macOS app
Use the macOS Safari link above. The file is order-bot-mac.zip.
  2. 2
    Move OpenOrder-Bot to Applications
Double-click the .zip → drag "OpenOrder-Bot.app" into your Applications folder.
  3. 3
    Launch the app once
Open OpenOrder-Bot from Applications. The window just confirms the extension is registered with Safari — you can close it after.
  4. 4
    Enable in Safari
Open Safari → SettingsExtensions tab → tick OpenOrder-Bot.
  5. 5
    Allow it on supported sites
When you visit Woolworths, Coles or Aldi for the first time, Safari will ask whether to grant access. Choose "Always Allow on Every Website" so the overlay works site-wide without re-prompting.

iOS SafariComing soon

The iOS Safari extension is in development and will ship via the App Store. Same overlays, same competitor pricing, on your phone while you shop in Safari.

Privacy

The extension reads publicly displayed product, price and pack data from supported retailer pages and sends it to the Order-Bot API to build the cross-retailer price history. We don’t scrape your cart contents or any personal account data from the retailers. Full detail in the privacy policy.
