Ingredients

  • Bananas2 ea
  • Rolled oats90 g
  • Chocolate chips50 g

Method

  1. Heat the oven to 180C and line a tray with baking paper.
  2. Mash the ripe bananas in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Stir in the rolled oats until the mixture holds together, then fold through the chocolate chips.
  4. Spoon rounds onto the tray and flatten each one into a cookie shape.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until set at the edges.
  6. Cool on the tray — they firm up as they cool.
