Two ingredients, one bowl, and a use for the bananas nobody will eat.

- Bananas2 ea
- Rolled oats90 g
- Chocolate chips50 g
Method
- Heat the oven to 180C and line a tray with baking paper.
- Mash the ripe bananas in a bowl until smooth.
- Stir in the rolled oats until the mixture holds together, then fold through the chocolate chips.
- Spoon rounds onto the tray and flatten each one into a cookie shape.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until set at the edges.
- Cool on the tray — they firm up as they cool.
