Melon and Grape Fruit Skewers
The same fruit they leave in the box, eaten because it is on a stick.

- Melon700 g
- Grapes300 g
- Strawberries250 g
- Lemons1 ea
Method
- Cut the melon into 2cm cubes, discarding the skin and any seeds.
- Pull the grapes off their stems and hull the strawberries, halving the big ones.
- Thread the fruit onto short skewers, alternating the colours.
- Squeeze a little lemon juice over the finished skewers to keep the cut melon bright.
- Snap the sharp point off each skewer before it goes in a lunchbox, or thread the fruit onto flat wooden sticks instead.
