- potatoes700 g
- flour — ½ cup75 g
- garlic powder1 tbsp
- Cornish Sea Salt — 1 tbsp24 g
- Vegetable oil10 ml
Method
- Peel and parboil potatoes (about 7 mins in boiling water).
- Grate potatoes
- Mix remaining ingredients with potatoes
- Form into tater shape and freeze for at least 1 hour
- Deep fry until golden and crunchy
- Top with Cornish Sea Salt’s Salt Flakes
