Heart Pizza Scrolls

One pastry sheet, four ingredients, and they come out heart-shaped.

- Puff pastry sheets1 ea
- Pizza sauce60 g
- Grated cheese100 g
- Diced ham75 g
Method
- Heat the oven to 200C and line a tray with baking paper.
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the thawed pastry sheet.
- Scatter the grated cheese and diced ham over the sauce.
- Roll the sheet up tightly and slice it into scrolls.
- Place the scrolls on the tray and gently squash the bottom of each one so it sets into a heart shape.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until puffed and golden.
