Chocolate Popcorn Seed Bars

- Popped popcorn30 g
- Mixed seeds140 g
- Coconut oil30 ml
- Honey40 g
- Chocolate chips60 g
Method
- Line a slice tray with baking paper.
- Tip the popped popcorn and mixed seeds into a large bowl and toss them together.
- Warm the coconut oil and honey in a small pan until melted and runny.
- Take the pan off the heat and stir the chocolate chips through until the mixture is smooth.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the popcorn and seeds and mix until everything is coated.
- Press the mixture firmly into the lined tray and refrigerate until set before slicing into bars.
