Chocolate Popcorn Seed Bars

Ingredients

  • Popped popcorn30 g
  • Mixed seeds140 g
  • Coconut oil30 ml
  • Honey40 g
  • Chocolate chips60 g

Method

  1. Line a slice tray with baking paper.
  2. Tip the popped popcorn and mixed seeds into a large bowl and toss them together.
  3. Warm the coconut oil and honey in a small pan until melted and runny.
  4. Take the pan off the heat and stir the chocolate chips through until the mixture is smooth.
  5. Pour the chocolate mixture over the popcorn and seeds and mix until everything is coated.
  6. Press the mixture firmly into the lined tray and refrigerate until set before slicing into bars.
