Ingredients: 300 g SR flour; 520 g natural Greek yoghurt; 100 g butter; 1 ea Vegemite; 50 g cheese; 1 ea egg; 1 ea splash of milk

Serves 12 20 min

Ingredients

SR flour — 2 cup300 g
natural Greek yoghurt — 2 cup520 g
butter100 g
Vegemite1 ea
cheese50 g
egg1 ea
splash of milk1 ea

Method

Combine SR flour and natural Greek yoghurt.
Roll flat, adding more flour to avoid stickiness.
Smooth over some butter, Vegemite and a light sprinkle of cheese.
Roll up and slice into 2cm rounds.
Brush with egg wash (one egg and a splash of milk).
Sprinkle some more cheese on top.
Bake at 180c for 20mins or until golden brown.
